So here we are, 292 lbs again. I hate myself for getting to this point. I have excuses, but thats all they are, excuses. I can blame my health and knee problems, my arthritis, but there are people out there that live with the same things and are not wasting their lives. I choose not to go on walks with my wife, or enjoy the beauty of San Diego because of my self loathing. Something has to change.
Football season is over and I promised Kimmy I would now work on me. I have started a "diet" and am trying to begin a workout regiment. I know how to do this (I've done it before) but I have no accountability which is my biggest downfall. I can continue to make excuses for me, but when others are involved it makes it harder. I am asking for anyone interested to join me and help keep each other accountable.
I started this Sunday Night 11/12/17. My last Dr. visit has me at 292lbs, 40.71 BMI. I will do measurements this weekend to give a clear picture of the destruction I have caused.
Monday's Food:
Not too bad. I felt ok most of the day. A little headache about 1:00pm that lingered for a few hours, but nothing terrible. Expecting worse to be honest.
Breakfast: Bagel with cream Cheese - not the best choice but at least I ate breakfast.

Cleansing Pills
Snack: 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds - a little too much salt, but helped the hunger pains.
Lunch: BBQ Chicken breast
Snack: Weight Watchers Chocolate Shake - dont have my protein yet so this was a cheap substitute.
Dinner: Caesar Salad
Soft Tacos - I ate 4 small ones, but still too much. Felt gross after I ate dinner

Water Intake: about 100oz. Need to do better. my goal is over 120oz. Not bad for the 1st full say though.
I wont post diet plan everyday, but just wanted to get things going. Feel free to join in if you want. i am always on the lookout for good food options. I only like what I like so I need some ideas that I can try. Please join in. If we get enough people, perhaps we can make it a little fun with some landmark benefits (a little side wager).
